Unbelievable Italian food. Restaurant is on a side street away from the Shrewsbury Street strip of restaurants. The hour wait was well worth it. Food and staff were amazing. We will definitely be back. Parking was a little challenge but there are several side streets to park on and they offer valet.

Friendly Family environment. Making reservations highly recommended. The food was fresh and delicious.

Fantastic Italian food. This is the first restaurant that I recommend to friends when they are coming into Worcester. Parking isn’t a huge hassle and the staff are great. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This place is simply amazing. Been there 2 weeks and a row And the food absolutely does not disappoint. Our waitress Melissa is super patient and friendly with our children. Thanks for being right around the corner.

Best Italian restaurant we have ever been to. Amazing atmosphere, amazing pasta, amazing service, and amazing dessert. Don't judge it by location parking can be tight but they have valet. We will be coming back and bringing family and friends.

Wait staff was perfectly attentive, the meal was excellent and if I could give it more then 5 stars I would. I really enjoyed the ambiance.

Great food. Friendly staff. We had a party of 8 people. Everyone enjoyed their food and we weren’t rushed. Very clean. I had noticed that after each party left their tables the staff cleaned both the table and chairs. Very important in light of what we are going through. Parking was fine. They do have valet, but I was able to park on Wall st without any problems.

Decent place to go. Was with a party of 5 + a toddler. Food was good and the service mediocre (but friendly) for the prices paid. Calamari was cooked to perfection. 2 folks chose the veal marsala and neither was excited about it. Lasagna was good. I had the clams and pasta dish, which I enjoyed. Pork chops received the rave reviews at our table. Expensive for the experience.

This place is OUTSTANDING. Warm ambiance, very friendly, accommodating, and attractive staff. Food was superb. And price was very, very reasonable. Love Luanne, our waitress! She was excellent. Am visiting Worcester from Buffalo. I suppose all those happy people in there were Patriots fans, but this place is so good I can't even hold that against them.

Nice Italian restaurant for a date with my husband. We started out with a delectable Tonno Carpaccio. The fresh tuna was perfectly accented with lemon, capers, parsley, and red onions. Magnificent! I had the Anatra Croccante. The duck was truly succulent - perfectly prepared. It was nicely complemented by a bed of smoky cannelli beans. The string beans were a little blase; I think that some sort of fresh green or salad would have worked better with this dish. My husband had the Pesca Spada Alla Piastra. The swordfish was lovely - crisp, lemony. It was accompanied by home made pasta. Although we were looking forward to this, the pasta was a bit heavy and too Al dente. We opted to share the dessert special - berry crisp.The berry crisp was nice and warm and filled with blueberries and raspberries. It was topped with a scoop of vanilla gelato and fresh whipped cream. A nice finale to a great dinner.

Always have great food when we come here - I often settle for the simple spaghetti(homemade) and meatball/ sausage combo, can't go wrong. Good prices. This place has an old school, authentic Italian feel to it, nestled into a side neighborhood in Worcester. Highly recommend for Italian lovers.

The best Italian I have ever eaten & the desserts are amazing!

Homemade pasta. Each of our meals were prepared perfectly. We could have had anything on the menu and would have been pleased. Great service. Great customer service- made you feel welcome and at home. A hidden gem. We will definitely be back!

Best meal I have eaten in a long time.

We were traveling in Worcester and needed some place to catch dinner. We decided on Italian and after reading their reviews we decided to give them a try.Sometimes risks work. Sometimes they don't. Man, was this a home run. All the wait staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. The food was fantastic. You can tell this place cares.We live 7 hours away. I would consider driving here, just to have dinner here. Yes, that good. And, for the quality

Super freindly family owned atmosphere, not to say it dosen't have a romantic vibe, it does.Food is favaloso, as is the service. Odd little neighborhood location, but that makes it seem like your in on a secret.

One of the best Italian restaurants we’ve ever been to, and we’ve been to a lot. Italy,Boston North End as well as many all over the US and Caribbean. Fantastic food, fresh, plentiful and classic. Beautiful atmosphere, great service, and hands down, well worth the journey to Worcester for this top notch restaurant. We will be back, again and again.

From the moment you come to that place team give you an agreeable feeling. Very courteous crew, it is a happy place to go out with buddies or with your date. very good cooking, talented chief cook and stuff, competitive pay and attentive service. Highly recommended.

Great find! Italian meals to rival bigger name restaurants in Boston. Fresh pasta, amazing food. We always have a great meal at Mare E Monti! Free valet parking (besides a tip). Call ahead seating is only for 6+ parties, but we've never had a problem waiting a short while for a table while grabbing a drink at the bar.

The Italian swordfish with linguini was excellent. One of the most flavorful preparations of swordfish that I have had.

Lovely restaurant with a large menu to suit all tastes. Lighting was a little too dark for me but no complaints otherwise! For the market price of $27, I got FIVE giant scallops, so pretty darn good!

Doesn't look like much from the outside, however the interior feels like a quaint place in the north end. Nice for date night. Gluten free pasta & options everything made to order. Very welcoming atmosphere. Attentive service. The quality of the food is some of the best in Worcester. Bread and oil served at start. Menu has vast variety of choices. Family fave is the chicken parm. The antipasto is not ur typical lettuce w slices of meat & couple peppercino. It is like a work of art. The salad w beets is delicious. The chicken guiseppe dish has layers of chicken breast w thinly sliced roasted eggplant and prosciutto w a light sauce. Pasta always al dente. A great value. Parking cb limited. Valet service available.

What am amazing place. The food is absolute incredible. The wait staff was on point. Nothing I could complain about. We walked in with 4 on a Friday night and there was about an hour wait but well worth it. A must try restaurant.

Good food. A bit pricey, but the portion sizes are pretty big so maybe that’s why. Been there twice so far. The salad I got was just missing good dressing and the chicken breast was under seasoned and dry, other than that, it was okay. I was surprised with how much salad I got for the price but it was just missing something, which was a bit sweet dressing. Arugula has a taste that pairs well with sweet dressing.

The gnocchi is one of the most tasty things i have ever eaten in my life. MAJOR compliments to the chef, melts in your mouth and really has amazing flavor. Lobster ravioli also spectacular but doesn't hold a candle to the gnocchi i can't say this enough it was so GOOD.

After several failed attempts to locate a suitable place to have dinner, we happened upon this cozy little Italian restaurant off the beaten path. I ended up ordering the prix fixe menu which featured a chorizo sausage penne dish which had a nice kick. 👍

Truly an amazing experience from beginning to end. Staff was amazing, and the food was even better. Their polenta is just like Nonas !!! The veal marsala was amazing. Thank you Conte family

Excellent restaurant with an amazing menu of eclectic authentic Italian cuisine. I had the stuffed porkchop special and the pork was a little tough but still delicious. My wife had a chicken in an amaretto creme sauce that was amazing. I've never had an amaretto based creme sauce in my life and I am officially a fan. We went because we had a wake but I left so impressed I'll be taking a ride from Providence just to have dinner there again.

Great food, but service is a bit slow when they get busy. I'm still waiting for those waters! :-)The food is worth the wait, and worth the street parking which is somewhat difficult to find.

traveling thru Worcester on the way to Wachusett Mountain we stopped here for a nice dinner. It was amazing. The food, service and ambience was perfect. From appetizer, dinner, wine, dessert everything was exceptional. Armando was kind enough to run my pocketbook outside after left it. We will be back
